If you receive a defective or damaged container, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the situation and offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the extent of the damage. Clear photos and detailed descriptions of the damage are required to process your claim.
Custom container modifications are non-refundable once production has begun. We strongly recommend that you review and confirm all custom specifications before placing your order. If there are any issues with the modifications, please contact us, and we will work to resolve them.
Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to fees based on the progress of the order. Custom orders and modifications cannot be canceled once production has started.
If there are any issues with the delivery of your container, such as incorrect delivery location or damage during transit, please notify us immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct item in good condition.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10-14 business days after the claim has been approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
